Whether you live close by, or on the other side of the world, I hope that you enjoy visiting my website! I like to think of it as an extension of my little studio and shop in Beaumaris, Australia, where there always lots happening and plenty to inspire.
At Chandler's Cottage, we specialise in fabrics and designs with a cultural influence, so the shop and website are always full of beautiful Oriental fabrics, as well as those that work well Indian, European and Middle Eastern themes.
Last year I also introduced Australian fabrics and quilting projects with my first fabric range Under the Australian Sun with Robert Kaufman.
This year I am very excited to launch a new collection of fabric ranges I have designed for Robert Kaufman in The Culture Club. The first range in this new series is Passage to India, and you can check these out by popping the word Culture in the search box at the top of the page!
My aim is to offer you the opportunity to take a trip around the world with your quilting, without having to leave the sewing room!

My team and I like to think of Chandler's Cottage as a "Boutique" patchwork service, where nothing is too much trouble. Every fabric is carefully selected and is of the highest quality. Every pattern is designed in-house and is easy to read. Kits can also be custom made to your favourite colour theme, or match a couch or outfit.
I also love teaching and run small workshops in my shop, but also love to travel to teach everything from appliqué to handbag design, so let us know if you are interested.
